Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains safe during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.
Refund Processing
Once our scent experts inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
